Canyons Virtual Academy is a proud participant in Utah’s Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP). This program was established by the 2011 Utah Legislature to help eligible students via publicly-funded online courses.  

Viewing the Utah Administrative Code that defines the Statewide Online Education Program can provide guidance for you in understanding program specifics.

Canyons Virtual Academy participates in the Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP).  We are required to provide access to the following program information.

  • Learn more about Canyons Virtual Academy.
  • Review the annual SOEP Provider Report for all Utah online providers.
