Class of 2020 Seniors
Hello Seniors! Be sure to check with your school counselor to determine your school’s last day to complete coursework for graduation. Every school’s completion date is different.
The CVHS deadline for seniors to sign up for courses is June 10, 2020 (exception is PE and Lifetime courses-see below), and the CVHS deadline for course completion is June 22, 2020. However, your school’s completion deadline is MUCH, MUCH earlier. Don’t be caught off guard!!
Incoming Freshmen (9th Grade)
UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we are NOT registering incoming 9th graders until our July 2020 session begins. Thank you so much for your interest in CVHS, and we look forward to working with you in July! (see our calendar for July 2020 registration dates).
If you will be in the 9th grade starting in 2020-2021 school year and would like to take courses, course requests begin May 1, 2020. When you add your courses, be sure to select “Incoming Freshmen” as your Completion Type when registering.
2019-2020 Session Deadlines (current school year)
End Date: June 22, 2020 – All testing and coursework must be completed by this date. Check our calendar for testing times on this date. NO coursework can be rolled to the next session–students MUST complete courses by this date or start over the next session.
Last Day to Sign up for Classes: June 10, 2020. Exception: Courses requiring parent permission/waiver (all PE and Lifetime Fitness classes), the deadline to sign up is April 27, 2020.
2020-2021 Session Deadlines (upcoming school year)
Session Start Date: July 15, 2020 – Student can register and add courses for the next session.
End Date*: June 21, 2021 – All testing and coursework must be completed by this date.
Last Day to Sign up for Classes*: June 10, 2021. Exception: Courses requiring parent permission/waiver (all PE and Lifetime Fitness classes), the deadline to sign up is April 26, 2021.
